Emerging Leader Coaching

Structure: 6 biweekly sessions with reflection prompts, a personal values inventory, and a guided journaling component.

Structure: 4 sessions, includes storytelling exercises, peer feedback, and a professional presence audit (LinkedIn, CV, etc.).
Executive Leadership Coaching

Description: As organizations become increasingly diverse, leaders must develop cultural awareness and fluency. This program strengthens executives’ ability to lead across difference, build inclusive cultures, and communicate effectively in cross-cultural contexts.

Structure: 6 sessions (customized per client), includes the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) or CQ Assessment and applied case studies.

Team Coaching
