Emerging Leader Coaching

    • Description: Leadership begins with self-understanding. This program guides emerging leaders through a reflective journey to explore their personal values, identity, and leadership potential. Participants examine how their lived experiences shape their leadership style and decision-making.

    • Outcome: Participants will gain confidence, clarify their leadership identity, and develop a values-aligned leadership framework.

    • Structure: 6 biweekly sessions with reflection prompts, a personal values inventory, and a guided journaling component.

    • Description: Communication is a cornerstone of leadership. This program helps participants develop their voice, refine their message, and build the confidence to speak with clarity in team settings, presentations, and difficult conversations.

    • Structure: 4 weekly sessions, including video-recorded presentations, live practice labs, and one-on-one feedback.

    • Structure: 5 sessions (over 6–8 weeks), includes a leadership agility self-assessment and real-world capstone challenge.

    • Description: Every leader has a story—this program helps emerging leaders own and articulate theirs. Participants define their leadership brand, align it with their values and goals, and develop a plan for building influence within and beyond their organization.

    • Outcome: A clear leadership brand statement and a strategy for visibility and impact.

    • Structure: 4 sessions, includes storytelling exercises, peer feedback, and a professional presence audit (LinkedIn, CV, etc.).

Executive Leadership Coaching

    • Description: As organizations become increasingly diverse, leaders must develop cultural awareness and fluency. This program strengthens executives’ ability to lead across difference, build inclusive cultures, and communicate effectively in cross-cultural contexts.

    • Outcome: Executives will demonstrate higher cultural competence, improved team dynamics, and more inclusive leadership strategies.

    • Structure: 6 sessions (customized per client), includes the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) or CQ Assessment and applied case studies.

Team Coaching

    • Description: Many workgroups operate in silos without shared goals or trust. This program helps teams evolve from a collection of individuals into a unified, high-functioning team through shared identity, norms, and accountability.

    • Structure: 3-month engagement: kickoff retreat or virtual intensive, followed by biweekly coaching, team charter development, and feedback loops.
