Three Leadership Traps That Are Quietly Holding You Back (And How to Break Free in 2026)

Three Leadership Traps is a live webinar conversation, and Dr. Norlan Hernández will be your host. If you want to be intentional about the leader you are becoming in 2026, you cannot leave your influence to habit. In this session, I will name three common leadership traps that quietly pull leaders away from clarity, confidence, and courageous action. We will unpack how these traps show up in real time, why they are so persistent, and what it looks like to lead with greater intention when pressure is high. I am also excited to be joined by Dr. Larry Rice. Dr. Larry Rice is Co-Founder and Chief Engagement Officer of Northern Compass Consulting, a firm serving clients across education, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.
